Validate Your Skills. Revolutionize Your Safety.

The Future of School Safety.

Every school safety success—large or small—can be traced back to the quality of E-SAT. Every failure can be traced to its absence.

Engagement.
Supervision.
Access Control.
Territorial Reinforcement (ownership).

Built on six decades of global violence-prevention success and refined over 30 years alongside teachers, E-SAT revolutionizes school safety by seamlessly blending proven violence prevention techniques into every interaction.

Finally making school safety stronger, easier, and automatic.

As a Certified Safe & Loved Practitioner, you master the ability to apply E-SAT in a school setting to prevent shootings, bullying, disruptions, and even staff burnout—while at the same time enhancing trust, connections, and culture.

E-SAT is the future of school safety because it ends the false choice between safety or culture. Instead, it makes the two inseparable. So every safety measure builds connection, and every act of care reinforces protection.

Teachers don’t resist E-SAT—they love it.
Because it doesn’t ask them to become safety experts—something they never signed up for and don’t want to be. It allows them to finally help make their school safer by doing what they already do best—teaching, connecting, and engaging students.

Safe & Loved and E-SAT is the only approach in the world that has helped to prevent shootings, earned standing ovations from teachers, and inspired educators and police officers to postpone retirement—not once, but routinely.

As a Safe & Loved Practitioner, you are trained, equipped, and certified to implement safety this effective and to build a career this impactful.

Success Story:
John, Director of School Safety, New York

“I’m writing to say THANK YOU, because your presentation helped us to prevent a potential school attack at our high school. I know we are not impervious to future issues, but your training prevented this situation from being an event.”

As a Safe & Loved Practitioner, you’ll master E-SAT and the ability to make subtle but powerful shifts in the environment, student flow, and staff routines that improve safety, behavior, and relationships.

E-SAT blends seamlessly and easily into the school day so it doesn’t damage culture but enhance it.

Most people don’t even notice it working.
They just feel calmer. Safer. More connected

Look closely.
Can you see where it’s working?
Can you spot where it’s missing?

If it wasn't clear in some of the images, that's okay.
As a Safe & Loved Practitioner, you'll be able to recognize and apply E-SAT anywhere and everywhere.

With E-SAT, you'll be able to:

  • Prevent the next shooting
  • Reduce vulnerability to violence
  • Blend prevention into every interaction and engagement
  • Reduce unwanted behaviors—big and small
  • Make safety daily and self-running, not a yearly training
  • Read, shape, and control school environments
  • Dramatically increase engagement
  • Increase staff retention and gratitude
  • Make students, teachers, and parents feel safe and loved
  • Give every staff member a clear, effective role
  • Help teachers protect and connect at the same time
  • Create safety that runs continuously instead of occasionally
  • Answer any safety question, making you the most valuable person in any room
  • Stop safety from being the responsibility of a few and become the daily practice of all.
  • Make safety and culture inseparable so every safety measure builds trust, and every act of care reinforces protection.
  • Send a powerful message to your school community—we see you, we care, and we’ll protect you. And to threats—don’t even try.

Because E-SAT is a holistic safety engagement method, it's not just confined to schools. It piggybacks on everyday engagements and interactions so you can use it to make your home, family, church—everywhere—safer and more loving.

E-SAT doesn’t target one behavior at a time.
It reduces all unwanted behaviors through positive engagement, connections, and trust.

Dr. Kathy Wolcott, Wayland-Cohocton CSD, NY

Our district has struggled with the rate of long term suspensions for students with disabilities, which has required us to work a bit closer with NYSED and take a deeper dive into our data.

Last week, I shared that our long term suspensions for students with disabilities went from 15 in 2021-2022 to 4 in 2022-2023.

When they asked me what we did, because they were shocked by the reduction, I explained that we didn't do anything different with how we responded to behavior and discipline; however, I shared how we were working to embrace the principles of your Safe and Loved approach to school safety, focusing specifically on engagement.

I know that we have room for improvement, and we are going to continue to work on improving our ESAT, but honestly, I can't think of anything else that we did that would have amounted to such a significant reduction. Thank you!!
