- Be paired with a Master Practitioner Mentor.
Master Practitioners are experts in Safe & Loved and are available to help you with urgent threat situations, implementation questions, and guidance as you prepare for your certification exam.
- Pass the online Certification Exam.
- Receive your Safe & Loved Practitioner Certification and professional recognition materials including a digital badge, social media announcements, email signature, certificate, and verification link—to share with your community.
- Renew your certification every 2 years.
Implement.
- Follow your Safe & Loved Implementation Plan to keep your next steps simple, focused, and moving forward.
- Use E-SAT Assessment Tools to identify vulnerability across the 7 high-risk areas and times — arrival, hallways, classrooms, lunchrooms, bathrooms, recess, and dismissal.
- Prioritize what matters most and implement plug-and-play action plans for each area and time.
- Evaluate your team's ability to effectively apply E-SAT— and close gaps with targeted training.
- Train staff as needed using ready-made scripts and training aids.
- Achieve lockdowns in 7 seconds or less using the 7-Second Lockdown Program — complete with leader guides, progression drills, teacher evaluations, and training videos.
- Work one-on-one with your Master Practitioner Mentor for real-time guidance, feedback, and support.
