This is my 33rd year in teaching. I can say with a complete absence of hyperbole that this was the most worthwhile, meaningful, insightful thing I’ve ever attended.

Since Don’s visit to our district, real change has occurred. Staff is more visible, students are noticing and there is a real tangible feeling that our buildings are not only safer, but more welcoming and more supportive.
