Total Protection

Safe & Loved Premier Program

Total System Upgrade

This is a rapid, 5 day rollout of the complete Safe & Loved
safety system. Not a surface-level training but a full system upgrade.

Your key leaders get the skills, materials, and support to prevent school shootings, reduce daily disruptions, and lead safer, more connected, more loving schools.

Your district will master all 4 Threat Pillars.
Identify, Assess, Respond, and Survive a Threat.

Proven countermeasures to spot danger early, intervene fast, and respond effectively when it matters most.

Choose a straight week rollout or a flexible, staggered schedule that ensures you maintain adequate coverage of key leaders at each school.

You’ll move from fragmented efforts and outside dependence to a unified, self-sustaining safety and engagement system that lives in your people and your daily practices.

So no more scrambling after a tragedy. No pressure to react or “do something” just to calm fear. You’ll already be doing what needs to be done.

Everyone has to do school safety.
Why not do the kind that actually makes your school safer and your people feel more loved?

Optional Flex Scheduling

How The Flexible Approach Works

  1. Train your district in 5 days or...split your district into two training groups:
    Group A and Group B
  2. Each group attends 5 training days, spread out across a 10-day window
  3. While Group A trains, Group B remains on campus to provide coverage and vice versa
  4. Schools stay open and fully supported throughout the entire process
  5. Staff are welcome to join any session that best suits their schedule
  6. If someone needs to leave mid-session, future offerings can serve as a makeup
  7. Training days are staggered so no one is pulled out for more than 2 days in a row
  8. Counselors, SROs, and others serving multiple sites can alternate days to stay balanced

Why This Model Works

  1. Allows districts to achieve total implementation any time of the school year
  2. Every school keeps some essential leadership on-site
  3. All participants receive the full 5-day Safe & Loved Total Protection training
  4. School operations and student support continue without disruption
  5. Smaller groups lead to deeper engagement, real discussion, and higher-quality learning
  6. Staff aren’t pulled away for a full week so safety burnout is avoided
  7. It’s designed for real schools, during real school days, with real-world challenges in mind

Ongoing Support (as needed)

  1. On-call support for urgent threat or implementation assistance
  2. Scheduled 1:1 check-in with district leaders
  3. Quarterly virtual coaching sessions for key leaders
  4. Leader-to-leader briefings (how it’s going, trends, needs)
